Return Policy
We will always try our best to meet each one of your demands. Whenever a dispute comes up, we are ready to solve it properly with you.
Here are the situations that may cause disputes:
 

  • If there are quality issues of our products, then the merchandise purchased from Sanlida Archery may be returned for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges) within 15 days from delivery.

  • If there are non - quality issues, we do not accept the returns.

  • All return shipments must display a Return Authorization Number printed clearly on the outside of the package.

  • Returns must be unused, in new condition, and in the original sealed manufacturer's packaging (including styrofoam/packing material, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools, manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.).

  • Sanlida Archery reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged or in unsellable condition for any reason.

  • Return shipping will only be refunded under the condition of an error made by Sanldia Archery. 

 
 
Item before receiving
 
Delivery on the way:
1.Parcel seized by customs: It is the buyer's duty to conduct customs clearance. Therefore, please contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents for customs clearance(for example, the invoice).
 
2.Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If parcel status stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local Shipping Forwarders, such as FedEx to check it out, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. Please keep in touch with us until your parcel has been successfully delivered.
 
Unsuccessful delivery:
1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong mailing address offered by buyer, we are not responsible for any loss caused.
2.If the parcel is lost or sent to a wrong address by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund.
3.Item not as described: We advise you to open the parcel and check the items at the moment it is delivered to you. Please remember to contact us within 15 days if you have any problems with the items.
 
If you have no reasons regarding any quality problem but still want to return/refund within 7 days when it is received, please send an email to this address with your order number entitled: nathan@sanlidaarchery.com. We will offer you the return address.
We will look into the case once we receive your email, and offer you corresponding solutions ASAP.
 
Kindly reminder
 
1.If you want to return it within 7 days, please keep the item in original condition, items that have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.
 
2.We will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us.
Do pay attention to that you are responsible to pay the shipping fee.
 
3.Please write down your order number and other important information on the sales card we give in the package. And remember to send it back with the items together.

Order Canceling
There’s a big chance that we can help to cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase:
 
1.You have finished the payment but the parcel is not yet shipped out. (Order processed within 72 hours) , Please contact us to cancel or change your package for free.
 
2.Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.
 
Note: If requesting for repair, exchange or cancel your order, you shall firstly contact us by the serving email: nathan@sanlidaarchery.com. We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned hair extension without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.
 
Instruction for Return
1) All orders must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. We provide full refund if it is manufacturers’ defect. Please contact the customer service department within 7 days from the purchase date.
 
2) All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
